Accelerating Professionals
At CSM we offer young professionals the opportunity to gain valuable work experience. Our skilled staff members offer mentorship and experiential training to assist other team members with the development of their careers.
Social Involvement
We are dedicated to the empowerment and upliftment of the communities we operate within and offer support to many corporate social responsibilities initiative, such as student enrichment programmes, school and sport sponsorship. We also financially support a number of sporting activities within our community.
CSM provides Mathematics revision books to selected schools in the Western Cape and Kwazulu-Natal. We entered into this long-term commitment to make study material available to schools. We aim to encourage an interest in mathematics in order to stimulate interest and to improve the shortage of professionals in the built environment.
